Roll up, roll up! Come one, come all

- the Steampunk circus is in town!

Floats and vehicles! Bands and performers! Splendidly dressed Steampunk circus folk from far and wide, representing regional Steampunk groups from around Aotearoa New Zealand! Outfits to marvel at, mechanical contraptions to admire! Brand new floats and costumes created for this year’s theme!

There is a slightly revised parade route this year due to the reconfiguration of the Farmers Markets carpark, with participants gathering at the Wansbeck Street end of Tyne St.

NOTES FOR PARADE PARTICIPANTS​

If you want to enter a float in the parade, please register with us

– parade marshalling area is limited in space and vehicles need to be registered.

​

Walking groups - regional groups please register

so that we can place you in the most advantageous spot. 

​

For individuals who want to join in,

there will be a ‘walkers and talkers’ group near the end.
